MAIDEN fails to get the Number 1 single for Christmas in the UK
22 December 2014Music-News.com is reporting the campaign to get Iron Maiden’s “The Number Of The Beast” to number 1 on the UK charts is set to fail as Simon Cowell’s X Factor winner Ben Haenow will top the chart with “Something I Need”. The campaign gained much traction in the past weeks and will land in the UK top 40.
Facebook fan-site Iron Maiden For Christmas No.1 launched the campaign on November 30th to get the band’s 1982 classic “The Number Of The Beast” to chart in the UK.
