James Murphy's band played a three-and-a-half-hour set at Madison Square Garden in New York to bring the curtain down on their decade together, reports Billboard.com.

Arcade Fire's Win Butler, Regine Chassagne, Jeremy Gara and Will Butler joined the band to sing backing vocals on 'North American Scum', while there were also guest appearances from Shit Robot and Reggie Watts.

The 29-song set was split into five parts, including two encores, and included tracks such as 'Losing My Edge', 'Daft Punk Is Playing In My House', 'I Can Change' and a rare performance of '45:33'.

"This is a weird experience for us. In keeping with the history of our band, we hope it's going to be a weird experience for everybody," Murphy told the crowd.

The set closed with 'New York I Love You But You're Bringing Me Down' before the band ended the show with an extended bow.
