A new video clip suggests LAMB OF GOD frontman RANDY BLYTHE was not involved in the head injury which led to the death of fan Daniel N, and the singer’s subsequent arrest in the Czech Republic.

Blythe, 41, was detained by police last week when the band arrived in Prague for a concert. He’s accused of manslaughter after Daniel N died in 2010 following a Lamb of God show in which he’s thought to have sustained a head wound.

The 19-year-old fell into a coma and died 14 days after the concert, and it’s alleged Blythe caused the death by pushing the fan off stage.

But a grainy video shot from a previously unseen angle appears to show N hitting his head after being pulled off stage by another member of the audience, with Blythe completely uninvolved.

N is said to have attempted to climb on stage three times. One previously-seen video shows Blythe and a security guard pushing fans down from the performance platform, but it’s not clear whether N is one of them, and none appear to suffer injuries.

In another incident on the same night N is said to have performed a stage-dive and landed on the venue floor.

Blythe’s release on $200,000 bail was approved at the weekend, but Czech authorities say the money has not reached their account and therefore the singer has not been set free.

He’s considered a flight risk, with local reports suggesting he could remain in prison for 10 more days regardless of whether the bail money is received, and he may not be allowed to leave the country once released.

Lamb of God management were due to make a statement yesterday, but did not.
