Vocalist Mike Howe, who was part of the  METAL CHURCH line-up from 1988 to 1994, officially rejoined the band in April 2015. Above is the first official photo of the band's new roster.

METAL CHURCH is:

Mike Howe (vocals)
Kurdt Vanderhoof (guitar)
Rick VanZandt (guitar)
Steve Unger (bass)
Jeff Plate (drums)

Howe checked in back in September with the following update in regards to the band’s upcoming new album:

I'm heading back into the studio this weekend to finish up the last of the vocal tracks for the new Metal Church album! It's taken a little longer than we expected, but the end result is better than we could have ever hoped for! You are going to love this!”

METAL CHURCH previously released a 2015 album update with drummer Jeff Plate. The clip below also includes audio snippets for the demo tracks 'Find Your Way' and 'Killing Your Time' (featuring the return of legendary frontman, Mike Howe, who first took the place of original singer bin the mid-'80s) from the forthcoming new release.

A new, updated version of 'Badlands' titled “Badlands 2015” can also be heard streaming below. The track was mixed by Chris “The Wizard” Collier and was recorded in early June.
