Billy Corgan is setting up a new label with producer Kerry Brown. And they'll be releasing two 'new' songs from The Germs. These were written in 1980 by late vocalist Darby Crash and guitarist Pat Smear in 1980, but only recently recorded. Actor Shane West, who played Crash in the Germs biopic 'What We Do Is Secret', handles the vocals.
