New Apocalyptica Features Gavin Rossdale

For Apocalyptica's upcoming new album, 7th Symphony, the band has tapped former Bush Frontman Gavin Rossdale for the album's first single, a track called "End Of Me."

The album, due out August 23rd was produced by Howard Benson and includes a track called "Broken Pieces" which is sung by Flyleaf singer Lacey Sturm and the track "Not Strong Enough" is sung by Brent Smith of Shinedown.

The band's last album, 'World's Collide' was a huge success, selling over a quarter million copies, marking the group's first significant success inВ the USВ in Apocalyptica's 15-year career.В 

Their breakthrough was due in large part to the success of the singles "I'm Not Jesus" which featured Slipknot's Corey Taylor and "I Don't Care" featuring Adam Gontier of Three Days Grace.

To promote the upcoming new release, the band is planning a summer tour that kicks off in Nashville on May 21st.
