Last yearВ they streamed most of the action from the Main Stage at Download live.

This year, they won’t be streaming any of the action from Donington, so the only way to be able to see any of the spectacle that is Download 2010 is to get yo’ ass down here.

With over 90,000 fans all salivating with excitement about witnessing the likes of AC/DC, Rage Against The Machine, Aerosmith and over 100 other bands over the next three days, there really is only one place to be this weekend.

Download Festival organisers have announced that they will be paying tribute to rock legends and personalities Ronnie James Dio, Paul Gray (Slipknot), Stuart Cable (Killing For Company), Pete Steele (Type O Negative) and Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan (Avenged Sevenfold), Mike Alexander (Evile) plus ‘Monsters Of Rock’ co-founder Maurice Jones at this weekend's festival, all of whom recently and tragically passed away.

On Friday night, a special tribute video to all the above will be screened at 8pm on the Main Stage after Them Crooked Vultures' set (and before AC/DC take to their Stage) for fans to pay their respects and to mark the loss of such treasured icons of the rock and metal world.

Additionally, on Saturday night after Deftones and before Rage Against The Machine, a tribute video dedicated to Slipknot bassist Paul Gray will be shown on the Main Stage. This dedication celebrates Slipknot's phenomenal headlining performance on the Main Stage at last year's Download.В
