One of the foremost figures in Bulgarian music and culture, Review's leader Vassil Giurov, has sent out the following announcement:

"On Thursday, December 9, at 10:30 a.m. there will be a gathering in front of the National theater, in protest against the government's policy when it comes to culture and the arts. There will be a stage and PA, provided by the guild of film makers. Anyone who feels a part of this is welcome to perform, just email me at vasogurov@yahoo.com by Wednesday evening. Now's the time to find out how many of us actually care and how many are willing to stand up and be counted! We can't just sit and watch while the government is trying to obliterate Bulgarian film and music!"
